By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• We are not liable for academic mistakes caused by incorrect AI output.

4. Payments & Refunds

For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
• Refunds are issued only for genuine technical issues where the service did not work as promised.
• Chargebacks done fraudulently may result in account suspension.

PRO features unlock instantly after successful payment.

5. Fair Usage Policy

To keep the platform fast for all users:

• Free plan has daily usage limits.
• Abusing the system (bots, automations, high-volume scraping) will lead to restrictions.
• Pro plan offers high limits but still must follow reasonable usage.

We just want the platform to stay clean and fast for everyone.

• Reverse-engineer core features
• Use the brand name without permission

• Mistakes in AI-generated content
• Exam or academic performance
• Technical issues caused by internet/device problems
