🔧 Troubleshooting Guide

Before reaching out, try these common fixes:

Rewrite not working

  • Refresh the page
  • Try again after a few seconds
  • Check your internet connection
  • Log out → log in again
  • If using PRO mode, confirm your PRO status is active

Credits not resetting

Free plan credits renew every 24 hours.

If they don’t reset automatically:

  • Wait a few minutes and refresh
  • If still stuck, email us with your account email

PRO locked after payment

If PRO modes are still locked after paying, send us:

  • The email used to create your account
  • Payment receipt or transaction ID
  • Screenshot of the locked mode

We will manually activate PRO if needed.

Text not loading / app freezing

  • Clear browser cache
  • Disable browser extensions (especially adblockers)
  • Use Chrome or Brave for best performance
  • Try Incognito / Private mode
  • If still broken: send us screenshots or a short screen recording

💼 Billing & Subscription Support

Cancel subscription

You may cancel anytime. Your PRO access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Note: Cancel ≠ immediate lock. You keep access until expiry.

Refunds

We provide refunds only for:

  • Incorrect or duplicate billing
  • Payment mistakes
  • Service malfunction that prevented usage

Send an email with:

  • Your account email
  • Reason for refund
  • Payment receipt

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Found something broken?

Please include:

  • Steps to reproduce
  • Screenshot or video (if possible)
  • Expected result vs what actually happened

Priority: Bug reports are fixed with high priority — often within 24 hours.
